Harbor Hall, a former waterfront warehouse, stands near the residential Quayside House. Lumina City Community Trust is exploring a future for the hall with Harbor Makers Cooperative. Quayside House Association gathers residents' questions about access and noise. The renewal is a proposal under discussion, rather than a completed conversion. Across the river, Northbank belongs directly to Lumina City and is outside Downtown. Fictional demonstration place.
