Before the Open Meeting on 4 November: What Is Still Open

Lumina City Community Trust explains what the open meeting about Harbor Hall can and cannot settle, and which questions are still open.

On 4 November, Lumina City Community Trust holds an open meeting about the use of Harbor Hall and how neighbours and groups can take part. Before the meeting, the Trust wants to be clear about where the conversation stands.

The Harbor Hall Renewal proposal is still a proposal. Harbor Makers Cooperative has described possible workshop activity, and Quayside House Association has gathered residents' questions about access, activity and quiet evenings. No use, timetable or budget has been agreed.

The meeting is a place to hear different needs side by side: people who would like to learn practical skills, residents who live a few steps from the quay, and groups that need space for their activities. It is not a vote, and it gives no group a right to use the hall.

Fictional demonstration news for Lumina City.
