Sign in and out¶

What is this?¶

You sign in to the site with your own account. Signing in gives you My page, your profile and everything your memberships give you access to. Most help pages also require you to be signed in; this page and the contact page are open to everyone.

Before you start¶

You need an account on this site. Each site has its own accounts: an account on one site does not sign you in on another.

Step by step¶

1. Click Sign in on the site.
2. Enter your username or email address and your password.
3. Tick Remember Me if you are on your own device and want to stay signed in.
4. Click Log In.

To sign out, open the menu on My page and click Sign out at the bottom.

Forgot your password?¶

1. On the sign-in page, click Lost your password?.
2. Enter your username or email address.
3. Open the email you receive and follow the link to choose a new password.

Tips¶

• On a shared or public computer, do not tick Remember Me, and sign out when you are done.
• Nobody from the site or from support will ever ask you for your password.
