About Northbank
Northbank is a residential neighbourhood across the river from Downtown and Harbor Ward. It belongs directly to Lumina City, outside the city centre.

Adrian Moss lives in Northbank and is interested in visiting Harbor Hall to understand its proposed workshop use. Within Northbank, the city-owned Northbank Field brings football training, a public walking path and nearby homes together. Northbank Football Club has asked Parks & Recreation to consider a shared use plan. Its U17 players and adult volunteers want predictable training times; Ruth Miller and other neighbours raise questions about access, parking and evening activity. No schedule change or new lighting has been approved. A listening evening is proposed, with no date or registration yet. Northbank belongs directly to Lumina City, outside Downtown.
