Northbank Football Club holds a listening evening about Northbank Field on 21 October. The club uses the field through an existing agreement, and Lumina City Parks & Recreation manages it.
The evening starts with a short look at the Shared Use Plan proposal. After that, the time belongs to the people who use the area: players and coaches, neighbours who want quiet evenings, and walkers who use the public footpath along the northern edge.
Questions about training times and lighting will be noted, but nothing will be changed or approved that evening. Standing water on the footpath after heavy rain can also be raised; Parks & Recreation is responsible at the field, not for the river or the wider catchment.
Fictional demonstration news for Lumina City.
