Ellis Park

Ellis Park lives at Quayside House in Harbor Ward and chairs its residents' association. Ellis gathers questions about access and noise around Harbor Hall Renewal while recognising that neighbours may hold different opinions. The association represents residents' interests; it does not decide the hall's future use on its own. Fictional demonstration person.
