About the property
Quayside House is an existing residential building in Harbor Ward, within Lumina City Downtown. It is a place where people live, rather than a venue for the Harbor Hall proposal. Nora Bell and Ellis Park are residents, each with their own everyday routines and perspective on the neighbourhood.

Nora combines volunteering with an interest in keeping the harbour area welcoming and usable. Ellis chairs Quayside House Association and gathers neighbours' questions. The association can represent shared concerns without assuming that every resident agrees, owns a home here or belongs to the same household.
Harbor Hall's possible future brings practical questions close to home: where deliveries would arrive, how people would move between buildings, when activities might take place and how noise would be handled. Residents can support repair and reuse while still asking for clear arrangements that protect ordinary residential life. Those questions remain part of the proposal, not settled conditions.
The residents' connection to this building is separate from legal ownership and property administration. A resident role does not make someone an owner or give permission to approve other people's requests. Apartment numbers, household relationships and private home details are not published. The illustration shows the fictional building. Follow Quayside House Association and Harbor Hall Renewal for the public discussion; no new visiting or booking arrangement is offered.
